I PASSED!

All along I assumed I had failed General Economics, since I had not studied for it at all (that afternoon had a more important exam). This was no great problem as I could resit General Eco and in any case it was a lot less difficult than I had feared. It gave the impression of certainly being feasable with a bit more work.
Just got the mark - a 5.5!
*beam*
Which means that quite apart from the Spanish disaster, I have done really well, making up for everything I had missed due to the operation. You need 32 points to pass the year and 42 to complete the year (Propedeuse). The one subject I did not make (I missed the resit) is Statistics. I have 40 points! My P minus 2, which is downright amazing seeing how things looked only a month ago. I had prepared my case to plead before the board, but none of that will be neccesary because I MADE IT!

Date: 2004-06-25 04:30 pm (UTC)From the looks of it I shall be at the Random meet. I'm still working out if I will be able to go home at night, because there's something in the way of a horseriding-date the next day...

Date: 2004-06-29 09:56 am (UTC)40 points would have been a good result even if everything had been normal for you. That you got it after being forced to do a big catch up is something to be very proud of. *applause*
