Well I have downloaded some .pfd files I would like to put onto my Palm to read. When I want to add it in the Adobe Acrobat reader for Palm OS, it says 'this is not a tagged PDF'. It then says it can probably try to do the conversion anyway.
Then it tries to process, but stops with 'error converting to tagged PDF: could not read page structure (bad page contents) (5)

According to the user guide the Palm Reader requires tagged PDFs and these are not tagged. Any suggestions how I could change them to become so? Somehow I cannot do 'save as' when I view the files on the PC.

I want these files on the palm so I can read in bed, I hate having to sit in front of the PC to read!

Any help?

Which Palm Reader are you using? Is it DocToGo Pro? Or is it the generic Adobe Reader? If it is the generic Adobe one, then you need to have the 'proper' paid for e-books to run on it. This is what the tags are. If you have untagged e-books you need to use DocToGo Pro. If you don't have it, gimme a yell and i'll send you it. (it's only 2MB)

I use the Adobe Reader, and that would explain it yes. I have DTG, but not Pro. Would be very happy if you could sent it to me; such a pain to read in front of the pc!

Thank you for the congratulations. I hope you are equally well :-)

I'll E-Mail you a link for DTG Pro and serials and so forth.

No problem, knew you were going to do fine. even if you didn't. I'm not bad, gotta get a knee reconstruction though. :(
