Yup, and the outer two (plus the most outer which isn't up in this photo) are indeed called jibs. If you look carefully you can see a dark blob underneath the outermost that is up, sort of between the sail and the bowsprit. That would be me.
Incidentally we call that sail the 'BMF' because it's huge and usually the first thing you take in in a squall... which means you are hauling on a line while (trying to keep) standing on a slippery foredeck which rolls and pitches and waves crash over you and such... can you guys think of what BMF stands for yet? *grin*
