Could use some help here... what are some typical, unoriginal activities a smallish company would do on a company outing? I don't mean the kind where you bring family, and I'm looking specifically for what an American company would do. I googled a bit and found things like minigolf, a camp ground where you could do things like barbeque and play volleyball, that sort of thing. Any more ideas?

Take it from me... Nothing beats the Standing Reception in a Suitable Location. All the orange juice you can drink and more (driving, remember). Mind you, this was a Big American Company in the Netherlands, but I still bear the scars...
