Lunasa and why performing in smaller cities is a Good Thing

A couple of weeks ago my mother asked if I felt like going with to a concert by 'some Irish band'. She didn't know the name and when I looked at the tickets later it didn't mean anything to me. I said sure, nothing else to do that night.

The local theatre was packed, and I'm sure 75% of those people had no idea who this band was either.

End of the night Lunasa had a couple of hundred new fans. Just goes to show that as a band you don't just perform for your fans...
